At Cobucci, we prioritize the quality, safety, and efficacy of our dermocosmetics. Because our products are for personal care, we follow strict hygiene protocols.
Timeframes:
- Return for Regret/Withdrawal: Up to 7 days after receipt (product must be sealed).
- Exchange Request: Up to 30 days from receipt.
- Defective Products: Reported within 90 days (e.g., faulty pump, damaged packaging).
Eligibility Criteria (Crucial for Skincare):
- Tamper-Evident Seal: The product must be in its original packaging with the factory seal intact. We cannot accept returns of opened or used creams, serums, or lotions due to hygiene and health risks.
- Condition: The bottle/jar must be clean, unaltered, and sent with the original invoice.
- Unauthorized Returns: Products sent back without prior authorization via our portal will not be accepted.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), the refund will be processed.
- Credit Card: Credited within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
- Store Credit: Option to receive credit with a 10% bonus for your next skincare routine.
